Andy Griffith - Creating the Optimal Learning Environment

This session will explore the conditions of creating an optimal learning environment for your classes. Drawing from the book, Teaching Backwards, Andy will explore ideas to induct new classes, use ‘good’ extrinsic motivation techniques, how to harness intrinsic motivation and how to ensure that you are a teacher of high clarity. Andy will also welcome questions and scenarios from teachers both before and during the session.
